1. 앱이 정보를 처리하는 방식
글결은 Wear OS의 Watch Face Format으로 구성된 리소스 전용 워치페이스입니다. 앱 자체에는 실행 코드, 인터넷 권한, 광고·분석 SDK, 회원가입 또는 로그인 기능이 없습니다. 앱은 개발자 서버로 개인·기기 정보를 수집·전송하지 않으며, 광고 목적의 추적이나 정보 판매를 하지 않습니다.
2. 시간·배터리·걸음 수·날씨 표시
시간, 날짜, 배터리 잔량 및 사용자가 선택한 걸음 수·날씨는 워치 운영체제와 해당 데이터 제공자가 제공하는 값을 화면에 표시합니다. 글결은 센서·위치·Health Connect에 직접 접근하는 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 걸음 수 등 건강·활동 정보와 날씨·위치 정보는 글결을 통해 개발자 서버로 전송되거나 별도 계정에 저장되지 않습니다. 운영체제와 데이터 제공자의 자체 처리는 각 제공자의 정책 및 사용자의 기기 설정을 따릅니다.
음력은 앱에 포함된 오프라인 변환표를 사용합니다. 테마와 표시 옵션은 워치 시스템이 기기에서 관리합니다. 앱이 사용자에게 보여주는 활동 정보는 의료 진단·치료를 위한 정보가 아닙니다.
3. 외부 앱 및 Google Play
사용자가 바로가기를 누르면 삼성 헬스, 날씨, 달력 또는 기기 설정이 열릴 수 있습니다. 외부 앱의 정보 접근과 이용은 각 제공자의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 글결이 이들 앱의 기록을 개발자 서버로 가져오거나 제3자에게 제공하지는 않습니다.
Google Play의 구매·결제·환불은 Google이 해당 서비스 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 글결 앱에는 별도 인앱 결제나 구매 내역 수집 코드가 없습니다. Google이 개발자에게 제공하는 주문 정보는 구매 확인, 고객 지원, 환불 대응 및 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 범위에서 처리합니다.
4. 고객 지원, 보관 및 삭제
사용자가 지원 이메일로 직접 보낸 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 첨부 자료는 문의 응답 및 문제 해결 목적으로 사용합니다. 건강 기록, 비밀번호, 인증번호, 카드 정보 등 불필요한 민감 정보는 보내지 마세요. 문의 자료는 처리 목적을 달성하면 삭제하며, 법률상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 의무를 따릅니다. 문의 자료·주문 정보의 접근은 업무상 필요한 운영자로 제한하며 광고에 사용하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
앱이 개발자 서버에 보관하는 사용자 계정이나 건강 기록은 없으므로 별도 앱 계정 삭제 절차가 필요하지 않습니다. 기기의 테마·표시 옵션은 워치의 앱 삭제 또는 관련 시스템 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 개발자가 보관하는 고객 지원 자료의 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 위 이메일로 접수할 수 있으며, 법률상 보관 의무 등 제한이 있으면 사유를 안내합니다.
5. 변경 및 문의
앱의 기능 또는 정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 방침과 Google Play의 데이터 보안 신고를 갱신합니다. 개인정보에 관한 문의 및 권리 행사는 seroui@neo-korea.com으로 연락해 주세요.

This resource-only Watch Face Format package has no executable app code, internet permission, advertising or analytics SDK, or account login. The app does not collect or transmit personal or device data to the developer, sell personal data, or track users for advertising. Time, battery, steps and weather are rendered from the watch system and selected providers. The app requests no direct sensor, location or Health Connect permissions. Lunar dates use an offline table. Display settings are managed on the watch. Activity information is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment.
User-initiated shortcuts may open Samsung Health, Weather, Calendar or device settings. Those providers and Google Play handle their services under their own policies. The app has no in-app purchase or purchase-history collection code. Order information Google makes available to the developer is used only for purchase verification, support, refunds and legal obligations.
Voluntary support emails and attachments are used to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send health records, passwords, verification codes or payment details. Support material is deleted when its purpose is fulfilled, except records required by law. Access is limited to necessary operators. Contact the support address to request access, correction or deletion; any legal retention limits will be explained. There is no developer-hosted app account or health database to delete. Device settings can be managed through watch settings or app removal. We update this policy and Play disclosures if processing changes.
