이 연동은 Notion 공식 API를 사용하는 SEROUI의 독립 서비스입니다. Notion의 인증·보증 또는 제휴를 뜻하지 않습니다. SEROUI 계정 로그인 후 Notion에서 직접 선택한 페이지와 접근 가능한 하위 페이지만 가져올 수 있습니다. 기본 저장은 선택한 페이지 아래에 새 페이지를 만듭니다. Pro 세로 저장은 이 기능이 만든 페이지의 SEROUI 읽기 블록과 원고 ZIP만 갱신하며, 사용자가 추가한 다른 블록과 페이지 제목은 보존합니다.
처리하는 정보
연결용 접근·갱신 토큰, 연결된 워크스페이스 ID·이름, SEROUI 계정과의 연결 관계를 계정 서버에 보관합니다. 토큰은 서버에서 암호화하며 앱·웹 브라우저·Obsidian 저장소·원고 백업으로 전달하지 않습니다. Notion 페이지 제목과 본문은 가져오기 또는 새 페이지 저장 요청을 처리하는 동안 서버를 거칩니다. 기본 가져오기·새 페이지 저장의 원고 본문은 계정 데이터베이스에 보관하지 않습니다. Pro 세로 저장을 명시적으로 실행하면 원고·설정·사진·첨부파일을 계정별 암호화 원고와 최근 10개 버전으로 보관합니다. 문서당 합계 5MB, 최대 50문서·계정당 암호화 보관 100MB입니다. 구독 종료 및 Notion 연결 해제 후에도 기존 원고를 읽고 내려받을 수 있도록 보관하며, 삭제 요청은 위 지원 이메일로 접수합니다. 정리 전 미완료 전송과 복구 백업에 사본이 남을 수 있습니다. 사진·첨부파일 전송 중에는 파일 내용, 파일명·형식·크기·해시와 Notion 임시 링크를 계정별로 암호화하여 임시 보관합니다. 전송 공간은 1시간 후 접근이 차단되고, 다음 정리 작업에서 삭제됩니다(정상 운영 시 만료 후 최대 1시간). 파일당 최대 5MB이며 Notion에 직접 업로드된 지원 파일 형식만 가져옵니다.
중복 생성 방지와 오류 확인을 위해 요청 ID, 본문의 해시, 결과 페이지 ID, 처리 상태·시각과 연결·저장 보안 기록을 보관합니다. 문서 내용은 광고나 AI 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. 앱은 자동으로 모든 Notion 문서를 수집하지 않습니다.
저장·제공·연결 해제
가져온 문서는 사용 중인 기기의 SEROUI 저장소 또는 Obsidian 보관함에 저장됩니다. 새 페이지 저장을 선택하면 해당 본문·제목·사진·첨부파일을 사용자의 Notion 워크스페이스로 전송합니다. 기본 저장은 서체·세로 배치·출판 여백을 보존하지 않습니다. Pro는 Notion HTML 읽기 블록에 배치를 저장하며 Notion의 일반 문단 편집과는 다릅니다. 사진·첨부파일과 지원하지 않는 블록의 제한은 화면에 안내합니다.
연결 관리에서 해제를 선택하면 Notion 토큰을 취소하고 서버의 현재 연결 인증정보와 임시 파일 전송 공간을 삭제합니다. 원본 Notion 페이지와 이미 가져온 기기 문서는 유지됩니다. 서버 복구 백업에 남아 있는 암호화된 사본은 운영자 접근이 제한된 백업으로 관리됩니다. 연결 정보·처리 기록의 열람 또는 삭제는 위 지원 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
이용 조건
자신에게 읽기·저장 권한이 있는 문서만 연동하고 타인의 권리와 개인정보를 존중해 주세요. 기본 Notion 문서 연결에 별도 구독은 필요하지 않습니다. SEROUI의 Pro 편집 기능은 기존 Pro 구독 조건을 따릅니다. 외부 API 정책·접근 권한·네트워크 상태에 따라 일부 문서의 변환 또는 연결이 제한될 수 있습니다. 중요한 원고의 원본과 기기 백업을 함께 유지해 주세요. 이 안내는 Notion의 자체 이용약관·개인정보 처리방침을 대체하지 않습니다.
Notion connection — use and privacy
Operator: GLORYSTONE. Contact: support@glorystone.co. Effective October 15, 2026. SEROUI is an independent service using the Notion API, without implying endorsement or certification by Notion.
You select the pages to share. Import reads accessible pages; basic export creates a new child page. Pro layout publishing updates only the reading block and source ZIP created by this feature. Other blocks and page titles are preserved. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted on the account server, linked to your SEROUI account and workspace ID/name. Tokens are not sent to editor clients or manuscript backups.
Basic import/export content passes through the server for the requested operation without permanent manuscript storage. When you explicitly publish a Pro layout, the account server retains encrypted manuscripts, settings, photos and attachments and up to 10 recent versions. Limits: 5 MB total per manuscript, 50 manuscripts and 100 MB of encrypted account storage. Reading and source export remain available after Pro expiry and Notion disconnection. Contact support to request deletion; restricted recovery backups and unfinished transfers may temporarily retain copies. Content is not used for advertising or AI training. Request IDs, content hashes, resulting page IDs, status, timestamps and security audit records are retained for duplicate prevention and troubleshooting. Imported content is stored on your device or in your Obsidian vault. Export sends selected text, photos and attachments to Notion. During file transfer, file bytes, names, types, sizes, hashes and temporary Notion URLs are encrypted in an account-bound temporary buffer. Access expires after one hour; the next hourly maintenance deletes expired buffers (normally within one additional hour). Maximum 5 MB per file; only supported files uploaded directly to Notion can be imported.
Disconnect revokes the Notion token and removes current connection credentials and temporary transfer buffers. Original pages and local documents remain. Encrypted copies may remain in restricted recovery backups. Contact support to request access to or deletion of connection information and processing records. Basic export does not preserve vertical layout. Pro uses a separate HTML reading block, with editing in SEROUI; it does not turn Notion paragraphs into native vertical editable text. Fonts and complex publishing layouts may differ.
Use only documents you are authorized to access, respecting privacy and third-party rights. Basic connection has no additional subscription charge; existing Pro terms apply to Pro editing. API policies, permissions and network availability can limit conversion or access. Keep important originals and backups. This notice does not replace Notion's own terms or privacy policy.
